Influencer Marketing Coordinator

Compensation: $35K-$42K DOE
We are looking for a candidate to fill a remote client facing, full time influencer marketing coordinator role. (Potential to grow into an influencer marketing manager role)
As an Influencer Marketing Coordinator, most of your duties would include (but not limited to):
• Assist influencer marketing leads, demonstrating the highest standard of client and influencer care at all times by providing helpful and friendly white-glove service
• Become familiar with a spectrum of social media influencers, from Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube to Snapchat and Facebook
• Build relationships with client's internal teams and provide assistance and excellent brand and influencer representation for our clients at all times
• Drafting talent agreements
• Updating influencer platform CRM and data repositories. The main priority of this role is to use an influencer CRM to add the correct targeted prospects to receive outreach to work with our clients
• Review influencer assistant's prospects and approve and send outreach to them
• Client status meeting attendance and participation including assist with creating presentations, drafting meeting recaps, status reports and user guides
• Research on influencer industry, technology, and social media trends
• Submitting shipment requests for influencer orders
• Reporting on campaign deliverables
• Carry out other duties which naturally fall within the reasonable expectations of the position
Qualifications and Skills
• Proficient at using Slack, Google Docs, and Zoom
• 1-2 years of PR, media buying, social media marketing, or influencer marketing experience preferred
• 1-2 years of experience with the GRIN platform preferred
• Health/Wellness, Beauty, Lifestyle, Foodie/Recipe Influencer, Mom, Family influencer experience preferred
• Self-starter who is eager to learn and to get the job done
• Strong customer service focus with an awareness of your impact on the client experience
• Strong communications skills in person, in writing, and on the telephone – with clients, managers & team
• Ability to present ideas persuasively and passionately
• Ability and willingness to listen and learn from the experience of senior account managers
• Ability to work in a team, but also on own initiative
• Willingness to take a “hands-on” approach with respect to client materials and product
• Flexible, committed and punctual
• Able to stay calm and friendly under pressure in a busy environment
