Social Media Community Coordinator
Boscia, The Leader in Clean Beauty for 20 years is looking for a dedicated Social Media Community Coordinator. The ideal candidate should be a skincare-lover with a customer service mindset, strong writing skills and a passion for all things social media.
Responsible for managing the brand’s online community and providing support (in the execution of tasks related to community outreach) to the Social Media Manager & Content Creator to promote the brand’s strategy for building and maintaining its place in the skincare and beauty marketplace while keeping up-to-date with the who’s who of beauty and trending social media influencers.
This role will work cross-functionally, reporting in to the Marketing Director.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the community point of contact for brand social media platforms – interacting with community and customers in a professional, personable and timely manner
- Maintain brand tone of voice when interacting on the company’s behalf
- Help SM Manager/Content Creator manage social media calendar
- Outreach/prospect for new influencers that fit within the demographics of the brand’s consumer targets
- Foster and strengthen relationships with key influencers within the community
- Assist affiliates in optimizing their performance with the brand including coordination of content with influencers for specific campaigns and goals
- Maintain the social affiliate / influencer promotional calendar
- Monitor positive/negative sentiment on brand platforms and within the social space
- Conduct research in response to specific inquiries stemming from social media platforms
- Assist in planning and execution of influencer activations and giveaways
- Track & synthesize ongoing trends in social media to ensure we are best in class; data and metrics reporting
- Think creatively and add new ideas to pitch for new and exciting Influencer programs, social content and campaigns
- Help concept and execute experiential activities as needed
- Organize and manage multiple priorities and projects efficiently and effectively
- Additional duties may be assigned from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: 4 Year degree in Marketing or relevant field preferred
Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR or
digital strategy
Other: Excellent communication and writing skills
High attention to detail
Existing relationships with influencers in the fashion, beauty, and lifestyle space
preferred
Fluent in all social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok,
Pinterest, Snapchat) and other developing digital marketing platforms/trends
Certification/Licensure: na
Computer/Software: MSN Office Suite
