Leica Camera is looking to identify candidates for the Digital Marketing and Advertising Manager. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing and analyzing digital marketing strategies in the areas of paid and owned media to grow awareness of the Leica brand, culture and products while driving traffic, sales and new customers to Leica Stores and e-Commerce.
Responsibilities:
- Optimize marketing channels and develop plan to expand audiences, drive traffic to Retail, increase ROAS/drive conversions through online store
- Develop, implement and analyze digital advertising strategy, identify and optimize post-click opportunities, work in synergy with CRM tactics
- Translate data into actionable insights to inform campaign planning, mid-flight adjustments and modifications as needed
- Identify areas to improve efficiency through automation

- Translate data from GA, FB and other reporting tools into actionable insights to inform campaign planning, mid-flight adjustments and modifications as needed
- Drive traffic, conversion and ROI for all digital marketing channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Email, SEO and Retargeting programs
- Plan, develop and execute new customer acquisition tactics anchored by Leica’s brand values and brand campaign • Manage promotional calendar and lead strategic promotional programs. Run recap, analysis and recommendations
- Report on digital trends, new technologies and social media behavior and provide recommendations and solutions for new and innovative approaches to Leica’s digital marketing activities
- Manage and expand Influencer Marketing activities
Requirements
- 5 years of digital advertising experience
- 3 years managing a brand’s social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest) from content planning and creation to execution and reporting
- A Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field
- 3+ years managing digital vendors/agencies
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
- Creative and strategic thinking
- Experience analyzing digital performance metrics
- Proficiency in Paid Search/SEO/SEM/Google AdWords, Google Shopping
- Proficient with Google Analytics. • Proficient with paid Social Media, Affiliate, and Display Marketing
- Proficient with MS
