Live Stream Coach Job Description

Position Summary:

Are you a tech savvy leader who is a social media mastermind, particularly with regards to live streaming?

We are looking for a savvy, passionate and dynamic social media specialist who will build live stream strategies and advise live streamers on best social selling practices.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute live stream strategies for NationX’s client PatPat, an online kids clothing store, with a focus on KPIs and data to optimize performance
  • Advise live streamers on best live streaming practices for driving product sales
  • Coordinate with marketing team to align live stream strategy with business goals
  • Track ongoing success of live streams through ongoing performance metrics analysis, including continually identifying opportunities to iterate on live stream success based on key insights, learnings, and overall adoption

Qualifications include:

  • 5-7 years of experience driving results via social, including deep understanding and experience with designing and implementing live stream strategies in pursuit of campaign objectives and business growth
  • Experience with marketing operations transformation and/or demand generation with a specific focus on social selling preferred
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively problem solve with sound business judgement
  • Outstanding organizational, communication (verbal / presentation / written), and interpersonal skills with track record of partnering with and presenting to senior management
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong value for diversity, team culture, and collaboration in a remote environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business / Economics / Communications / Marketing; MBA or other relevant advanced degree a plus
  • Existing connections to live streamers a plus
