We are WaveAI, makers of LyricStudio - the world’s first AI-powered lyrics assistant, utilized by hundreds of thousands of songwriters worldwide. We are a small, agile, and venture-backed startup, passionate about bringing the power of AI to open up new worlds of creative possibilities for artists and music-makers.

We are looking for an energetic, social media savvy marketing specialist to engage Gen-Z and grow our online community. This is an exciting hands-on role and an opportunity to have a massive impact both within WaveAI and in the world of music making at large. You will have significant growth opportunities within the company, which can lead to a management role in the near term.

This role integrates social media marketing, content creation, influencer marketing, and SEO.

This is a remote role.

REQUIREMENTS

YOU HAVE

  • A pulse on pop culture and marketing trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • 2-3 years of marketing or content strategy experience across social media with an agency or B2C company
  • A love of music-making (preferred)
  • A strong desire to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment of a small, fast-growing startup

YOU WILL

  • Interact with the public through multiple social media channels: Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, Discord, etc.
  • Craft engaging content (images/videos/copy) that constantly aligns with customer trends and market changes to interest and engage audiences
  • Create and distribute content such as blogs, infographics, videos and press releases on social media and traditional news outlets
  • Create weekly and monthly editorial calendars to promote company brands
  • Analyze engagement data to identify trends and plan digital campaigns to grow engagement and customers
  • Work with our CEO to set key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs
