Account Manager (Influencer Marketing)

The role of the Account Manager is to work alongside the senior account team managing the day-to-day across a large portfolio of business. This work includes but is not limited to influencer marketing inclusive of social strategy, creative content development, account management and activation.
The role requires a strong, organized team member who understands both the influencer space and the running of a sizable account. This person must have a passion for pop-culture and its infusion into the consumer brand ecosphere and be a hustler. This account is fast paced and growing. Knowledge of the beauty industry a plus.
This role will report directly into the Director of the Account at UEG.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Support best-in-class execution on projects across the portfolio of business, ensuring seamless completion of deliverables (on time, on budget and above expectations)
- Project Codes – monitor and track relevant project codes and ensuring the team is billing to the right codes to avoid timesheets being sent back
- Develop skeleton of work plans, timelines, and budget estimates
- Coordinate paperwork and track payments (influencers, SAG, vendors, etc.) to ensure payments are facilitated on time
- Ensure a project consistently conforms to budget/timeline
- Review contractual obligations and recognize project scope adjustments
- Demonstrate an understanding of project budget parameters, pricing structures and over-service
- Manage project estimating, billing and project profitability; identify any budget variances
- Provide administrative support for team when needed
- Support day-to-day brand client work including integrated marketing planning focused on entertainment/lifestyle/sports partnerships and program
- Write, edit and proofread materials ensuring quality and consistency with the ability to deliver client facing documents.
- Provide client service administration including preparing client status and activity reports, attending meetings and conference calls, takes and distributed notes, compiles trend reports, and tracks budgets.
- In conjunction with internal partners and agencies, contribute content ideas that can express appropriate key brand messaging points in ways that can resonate with the targeted consumer and demographic
- Research, propose and prepare POVs when needed as it relates to client appropriate influencers, partners, etc.
- Stay on top of industry news and trends to recommend new opportunities to the team and clients.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends
- Actively participate in agency brainstorm sessions, on topics and clients, throughout the organization
- Understand internal operations and inter-team cooperation
- Aid in the implementation of new capabilities
- Liaise with internal teams to understand their expertise and skillset

Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in relevant field from an accredited college or university
- A knowledge of the social/digital space as well as influencer marketing including but not limited to influencer/talent search and acquisition, content development and management of social platform ins and outs.
- Demonstrated ability to take responsibility for a number of projects and to complete them in a timely manner based on pre-set deadlines.
- Strong and consistent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to wear whatever hat is necessary to ensure team and client success
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement of marketing skills; set and pursue stretch goals.
