Job Description

We are searching for a strategic, dynamic marketer entrenched in the world of Influencers and Creators, naturally in-the-know on the up-and-coming creator and influencer personalities, trends, and communities. You are a curious, solution-focused, strong leader ready to take the helm of Nordstrom’s Influencer and Creator strategy. Responsible for a multimillion-dollar budget, the individual in this role will help shape the digital future of the JWN brand.

This is a hybrid role based in New York City, Chicago, Los Angeles, or Seattle.

Responsibilities

Serve as the enterprise-wide Affiliate expert and educator through monitoring the overarching digital landscape, surfacing future opportunities and challenges, and presenting solutions to the leadership team.

Centralize JWN Influencer and Creator strategy and execution, collaborating with internal teams (PR, Brand Marketing, Site, Creative, Analytics) and external partners to develop a best-in-class Influencer and Creator Center of Excellence.

Analyze Influencer program performance through the lens of multiple attribution models and own forecasting performance and managing expenses with a high degree of accuracy.

Cultivate relationships with creators & influencers, brands, and strategic partners that connect authentic storytelling with curated buying solutions to attract, inspire, and engage our current and future JWN customers.

Evolve and scale influencer & creator content and activations into cross-channel digital marketing.

Develop, socialize, and maintain documentation around the ways in which we engage with influencers across the marketing funnel and business needs.

Partner closely with Sr. Manager of the Affiliate Media Content team, working toward a customer-centric unified approach to Affiliate marketing

Champion the work of the Influencer team members and help provide opportunities that support growth through mentorship, training, and career development.

Develop, socialize, and maintain the Influencer testing roadmap to drive enhanced incrementality and continually improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

You have a deep knowledge and expertise in the creator and influencer space, across relationship & talent management, platform trends, measurement, and affiliate ecosystems

You have strong critical thinking skills coupled with a bias towards action to anticipate and navigate the constantly changing marketing landscape.

You are a natural collaborator who can build positive relationships across the company and drive decision-making.

Experience working across Brand Marketing, PR, and Digital Marketing is a plus.

Experience leading a high-performing team.

10+ years of relevant career experience.

Strong presentation skills and comfort presenting to senior stakeholders.

Natural curiosity and desire to continuously learn.
