The Role:

we’re looking for a Paid Social Manager to join our team based in Los Angeles (open to remote applications), to develop and deliver effective paid social marketing campaigns for our DTC/eCommerce clients. You will be responsible for developing the overall campaign, targeting, and creative strategy, optimizations, and reporting working closely with the client and our internal creative team to produce creative that converts.

  • Salary Range: Base $60k - $85k depending on experience + performance bonuses

The Task at Hand:

  • Plan, execute, manage and optimize Facebook, Instagram, TikTok ad campaigns for DTC/eCom clients
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance, suggesting and executing ongoing optimizations to hit and exceed KPIs
  • Provide weekly reporting detailing overall performance, key takeaways, and action items
  • Understand client goals, developing ongoing media plans to execute against aligned to each clients business goals and KPIs
  • Work with our internal creative teams to develop and execute ad copy and creative testing
  • Proactively carry out meaningful A/B tests across targeting and creative
  • Conduct competitive analysis and stay informed on marketplace changes and how they could impact performance for paid social DTC/eCommerce clients
  • Continually seek innovative and breakthrough ideas, approaches, and solutions internally and for our clients
  • Staying on top of the industry, platform, and consumer trends, to stay at the forefront of what’s possible - and testing those boundaries!

Requirements:

  • Passion for your work and ongoing curiosity as it relates to performance marketing
  • 2+ years experience managing paid social advertising campaigns on Facebook & Instagram for DTC/eCommerce businesses (Blueprint Certified a plus)
  • Well-versed in marketing & media principles/strategies across digital and social marketing.
  • Experience with Google Analytics & Shopify
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and time management skills.
  • Experience planning brands' growth strategies through paid social and track record of delivering ROI.
