OVERVIEW
As Social Media Manager at Tiny Bully, you’ll be responsible for developing, implementing, reporting on, and optimizing social media marketing and influencer marketing programs for our client brands and for our agency itself. We’re looking for a digital marketing professional who can bring a strategic and proactive mindset to social and influencer campaigns – but also someone who loves to get immersed in and do the work. A key member of Tiny Bully’s Digital Marketing team, the right candidate will collaborate closely with our Content, Design, and Account Management teams.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive the strategic development and tactical execution of organic and paid social media programs across all channels and platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms.
- Lead and direct community management efforts for our clients, which will include handling customer service inquiries on social media, and social media listening.
- Direct and implement influencer marketing programs that align with and support our clients’ brand visions, brand marketing efforts, and KPIs.
- Run point on writing and sourcing social media content (including copy and creative) for clients and for the agency; lead team collaboration efforts on asset development/refinement.
- Maintain a master calendar of all social media and influencer activities, provide client recommendations on timing of important announcements, and ensure alignment with the larger content and marketing/advertising programs calendar.
- Create and maintain processes to measure the effectiveness of communications messaging and campaigns on executive communications channels and own performance KPIs for those channels.
- Set social media and influencer marketing goals with clients and with agency-focused work; identify which measures/KPIs are most important per platform and campaign/objective (ROAS, engagement, awareness, etc.)
- Lead client interactions when necessary, as well as communicating updates to account management and senior management.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related business discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in a social media role; agency experience strongly preferred.
- Proven expertise in developing results-focused social organic media programs across all major platforms and channels; experience with B2C brands strongly preferred.
- Experience with influencer marketing programs; direct knowledge of IZEA is a huge plus.
- A strong ability to dive into reporting dashboards and analytics, and present key insights/indicated actions to senior-level agency team members and external clients.
- Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting for social media and influencer marketing programs.
- Expertise with social media management platforms and tools such as Sprout Social, Falcon.io, HootSuite, etc. is strongly preferred; direct knowledge of Sprout is a huge plus.
- Experience with Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and other social self-serve platforms a huge plus.
- Ability to communicate expertise in meetings both internally and client-facing, both in-person and over video conference calls.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Office 365, and Google Workspace.
