Job Description
You bring a strategic long-term view, exceptional measurement and analytical capabilities, and financial management rigor to this role. You Drive all aspects of the Marketing business strategy, vision and execution for Beauty Bakerie with a keen focus on developing and implementing an Omnichannel approach. You develop and direct marketing plans with a view to increasing local U.S. market share, competitive positioning, brand awareness, and profitability. You are highly analytical as you will be working alongside both our Data Team to improve conversion rates and communications across our website as well as our CFO for budgeting and accountability of spend. - Drive forward best in class omnichannel marketing strategy that aligns with brand objectives and KPIs, which aligning closely to global vision.
- Contribute as an active member of the Leadership Team to overall business planning and decision making.
- Lead ecommerce strategy and team overseeing day-to-day implementation, inclusive of Eretail and Ecommerce businesses - maximizing sales, visibility, and .com market share.
- Protect brand integrity and drive business initiatives through the conception and execution of innovative marketing strategies appropriate to the local market.
- Nurture relationships with all partners in order to contribute to and ultimately achieve total global alignment in brand imaging.
- Lead category management across makeup and skincare overseeing digital team.
- Drive communications strategy across strong and integrated approach to maximize brand awareness, inclusive of Print Editorial, Digital and Social/Influencer amplification, while ensuring concrete results and improvement in rank and against set target
- Manage strong relationships with agency partners (PR, influencer, search, paid social, digital media)
- Maintain profound customer intimacy and ongoing competitive intelligence in order to identify new opportunities to maximize business categories as well as reduce costs.
- Partner with Sales team and lead Retail Excellence, Eventing, Trade Planning and Clienteling efforts.
- Interface with Sales and Planning to manage budgets and ensure forecasting accuracy.
- Lead Visual Merchandising & Store Design Team in delivery of on time, on budget execution of physical retail touchpoints.
- Partner with Finance and develop three-year business plans, brand budgets, and ensure alignment with P&L targets.
- Design and implement marketing campaigns using paid, owned, and earned media channels, with a focus on experimentation methods to grow consumer activation, engagement, and retention - all in a data-driven and efficient manner.
- Lead paid media, influencer marketing, SEO/SEM and CRM functions. Lead cross functional team of product managers (for A/B testing), and data team
- Recruit, manage, and develop a strong Marketing team to ensure high productivity and the achievement of all functional goals.
- Conduct all other job-related activities
Qualifications
- 10-15+ years of Marketing experience in prestige cosmetics or skincare industry;
- 5+ years of management experience, leading teams of marketers
- Extraordinary attention to detail and organizational skills
· BA in marketing/communications/business/liberal arts; MBA preferred
- Strong understanding of strategic marketing, communications and sales
- Able to analyze and manage complex financial data
- Demonstrated creative thinking and excellent organizational skills
- Proficient understanding of the social media environment; knowledge of web-based applications such as Google Analytics, web site design and mobile design, as well as social media tools such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter as well as 3rd party applications.
- Strong leadership abilities to manage and develop a team
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with leading digital marketing tools (GA, MS Suite, FB, etc.)
- Strategic thinker that is able to synthesize and prioritize inputs from various perspectives to create an actionable plan.
- Extremely good in mental math
- Managed multi-million dollar marketing budget
