What we are looking for in a Talent Manager:

This role will report to the Director of Community and lead the day-to-day management of affiliate accounts. This role is required to identify and on-board at least 3 new affiliates a month while managing the existing accounts. The ideal candidate will be a team player is a step ahead of wellness trends and in the know of top influencers and talent in the health and wellness space. The ideal candidate also has a go-getter attitude, experience in relationship management, and possesses acute recruitment, project management, and reporting skills.

Essential Job Functions as a Talent Manager:

  • Manage IIN’s influencer, affiliate, creator, celebrity talent from initial onboarding to campaign development and relationship management.
  • Reactivate existing affiliates with promotional plans and marketing partnerships.
  • Identify new top talent for IIN affiliates.
  • Manage faculty relationships and convert them to highly-engaged affiliates.
  • Daily reporting on performance + analysis on performance.
  • Presentations + Sales Materials Creation.
  • Owning + Running Promotional Campaigns.
  • Running year-long campaign calendars.
  • Day to day interaction with the influencers + their management teams.
  • Must be able to both negotiate strongly while maintaining goodwill with influencers, managers, agencies, etc.
  • Have strong analytical skills:
  • Must be proficient in analyzing and interpreting data from third-party platforms and have experience using the appropriate tools and methodologies to measure impact of campaigns.
  • Event Expertise:
  • Assist in planning and executing digital and in-person influencer events as well as gifting.
  • Content Expertise:
  • Assist influencers in developing relevant content (i.e., landing pages, swipe content, video content, etc.).
  • Social media skills required to understand strategic marketing plans and optimize affiliate relationships.

  • Experience managing talent and influencer marketing teams.
  • Sales Force.
  • Google Analytics.
  • Social Media- all platforms.
  • Social media- macro and micro influencers.
  • Experience working with affiliates, celebrities, influencers and referral marketing.
  • Growth marketing and revenue development mindset.
  • Contract negotiations.
