WHO YOU ARE

You are a collaborative data-driven leader with strong experience with Saas platforms in the B2B space. You’re able to both ideate new campaigns and analyze their efficacy, all with the end goal of helping grow product adoption, engagement and retention. You’ll lead and grow a team of high-performance marketers to drive various B2B marketing initiatives to achieve Tagger’s short and long term goals. Ideally, you’re a seasoned senior marketing professional that has significant experience building B2B go-to-market strategy, planning and execution by raising awareness, creating brand differentiation and launching programs that drive revenue. This role open to New York & Los Angeles and will report directly to the CEO in Los Angeles, CA.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

  • Serve as a key member of the Tagger’s leadership team, helping to set business strategy, make critical decisions and drive overall business growth
  • Set the overall global marketing strategy, and define objectives and goals for the marketing team in collaboration with U.S. and global leadership teams
  • Build and lead the US marketing team in the development and creative execution of strategies and tactics in all key marketing disciplines, including brand strategy, product marketing, content marketing, growth marketing, PR and social media, sponsorships and event/field marketing, as well as creative marketing execution
  • Work closely with global and regional teams to execute global campaigns and initiatives that drive brand awareness and growth against regional and global company goals
  • Work with the Sales, CS, and other key teams across the company to set and execute the roadmap for Tagger’s short- and long-term growth plans.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering and other functions to ensure marketing impact is coordinated and maximized in the context of product roadmaps and company-wide initiatives
  • Instill a culture of learning, creative ideation, strategic experimentation, data analysis and rapid iteration to drive dynamic tactics and solutions in a competitive and fast-evolving marketplace
  • Implement OKRs, KPIs, budgets and supporting processes that enable fast and reliable marketing execution and puts team members in the best position to be successful.
  • Provide thought leadership, strategic insight, and clear communication (written and verbal) to your team and the organization on the company’s growth strategy.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH

  • Marketing leadership experience in media, SaaS, or agency
  • Proficiency in scaling high performing marketing teams
  • Strong performance growth and paid media experience
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering on growth targets including brand development, customer acquisition and activation, lead-generation and revenue generation.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and scaling a marketing team (global experience a plus).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional, leadership team stakeholders to drive positive growth outcomes.
  • Experience in building and managing marketing budgets with ability to make data-driven decisions on allocating spend and resources against goals.
