Coordinator, Influencer Marketing
What We Need
We’re looking for a bright, thoughtful Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic, fast-paced Influencer Marketing team. This role will be a key part of our industry-leading team and will help bring to life our marketing initiatives, foster influencer relationships, and manage our day-to-day programs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, conscientious and committed to accuracy, and will come with experience in influencer marketing within the beauty or fashion industries. This candidate will be able to multitask under time constraints, meet deadlines, and work within a fast-paced environment. A self-starter who is resourceful and a team player.
Each day at Tatcha is different with new problems to solve and tasks to tackle, but here is an idea of some of the things you will work on:
- Influencer Outreach and Community Management
- Manage influencer database (updating trackers, addresses, vetting influencer requests, gifting, etc)
- Help team identify, vet and develop up and coming talent
- Work closely with cross-functional partners to intercept and respond to in-bound influencer communication and partnership requests
- Own mailers from concept to completion, including vendor communications, timeline and mailer list management
- Assist with the execution of all organic, paid, and experiential marketing activities
- Partner with a wider Consumer Engagement team in developing leading consumer and influencer activations.
- Execute marketing plans as needed - e.g. sourcing vendors/materials, sending product, coordinating logistics, etc
- Manage day-to-day correspondence with multiple partners such as agencies, vendors, and influencer platforms
- Communicate with cross functional teams regularly to ensure team is updated
- Reporting and Data Tracking
- Track and report activation and evergreen results in a timely manner via influencer marketing platforms
- Prepare post mortem presentations to analyze strengths and areas for improvement
- Monitor competitor coverage, industry trends, influencer landscape shifts
- Administrative Support
- Manage day-to-day documents and files to maintain team productivity
- Assist with tracking and updating team budgets following activations; manage payment to vendors
- Oversee product inventory - placing/tracking product orders and managing fulfillment for team, forecasting new launch gratis needs

- Does not want to be an influencer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing or related fields.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in PR and/or marketing; agency or experiential
- Experience with beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, influencers, and best practices
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Must be based in Los Angeles or San Francisco
- Comfortable with G-Suite, especially Google Sheets, Calendar, Slides
- Familiar with file management systems (BOX or similar)
- Experience with influencer software platforms (Tribe Dynamics and Traackr, or similar)
