About You
This role is a key contributor to the development and implementation of Nutrafol’s brand marketing strategy and execution.
The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and work in close collaboration with the broader marketing team to develop and execute campaigns and customer experiences that connect with our consumers, elevate the brand and drive both growth and a deep customer relationship.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Senior Marketing Manager on cross-channel marketing efforts including strategic planning, execution, maintenance, and tracking.
- Own acquisition and retention campaigns, partnerships, and promotions from initial brief to post-live optimizations.
- Collaborate with the growth team and Influencer Marketing Manager to bring our influencer content to life across the full Nutrafol integrated marketing experience. This includes inputting into the influencer strategy, integrating influencer content across all verticals, and managing paid usage, inclusive of asset tracking and creative forecasting
- Drive Nutrafol’s testimonial program including strategic approach and execution.
- Manage Nutrafol’s product sampling tracking process, vendor contracts, invoices, and licensing for brand and communications teams.
- Manage day-to-day brand team budget.
- Champion the brand and customer at all times.
- Create strong relationships and build trust with cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with external vendors and freelancers to execute as needed.
