About The Role
Fashion Nova is seeking a Influencer Marketing Manager to manage our Influencer strategy across gifting, events and activations, and social content. This person will be responsible for the development and execution of influencer marketing campaigns across social and offline channels. They will also manage our growing influencer team and help optimize and scale our existing programs. You will also work closely with our in house creative team to drive impact across all social channels and be responsible for establishing and building relationships with key industry partners on social platforms.
Responsibilities
- Manage, motivate and grow the Influencer Team to increase impressions, engagement and virality of influencer content.
- Coach the team on effectively managing influencer selection, negotiations, contract delinquency and engagement.
- Oversee influencer gifting to drive acquisition and brand awareness.
- Work cross-functionally to align influencer strategy around the merchandising calendar, major marketing initiatives, store and experiential events.
- Develop and manage an Influencer calendar to be leveraged across all social channels.
- Track and maintain team budgets and spend.
- Personally manage large celebrity relationships for the brand.
- Work closely with cross functional teams to execute campaigns on a regular basis.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing influencer marketing team(s) for a fashion e-commerce brand.
- Must stay up to date on pop culture and influencer/celebrity news in order to foster personalized relationships with all ambassadors on upcoming campaigns.
- Must possess excellent written, verbal communications and negotiation skills.
- A deep understanding of the social media landscape and community management through competitive research and industry expertise.
- Must be a strong relationship builder - leverage your established network to access new Fashion Nova connections.
- Excellent time management and crisis management skills.
