Carbone sauce is not your average sauce; it was born from Michelin-star chefs out of the eponymous restaurant. We don’t look to others; we set the standard. Now, we are looking for the right person to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be someone who possesses that special mixture of curiosity, ambition, collaboration, detailed-oriented, multi-tasker, and proactivity.

Overarching role:

• Manage Influencer marketing activities

• Assist marketing and sales with shopper program activities and material creation

• Aid in Email marketing

• Partner with agency resources as applicable

Detailed Responsibilities:

Influencer

  • Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns
  • Create content ideas and write and curate content
  • Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users
  • Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns
  • Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and influencers
  • Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels
  • Creation and management of Sales Materials

Shopper

  • Partner with EVP of Marketing and SVP of Sales in development and execution of Shopper programs across key Retail partners
  • Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed
  • Develop creative elements as needed for sell-in
  • Provide analytical reporting and recapping of all programs
  • Maintain Shopper budget
  • Lead execution of Retail event activations

Email Marketing

  • Support development and execution of email campaigns - template building, QA, segment set-up, and deployment
  • Build automation and triggered workflows that will help with the engagement, acquisition, and retention
  • Ensure timely communication with key stakeholders on email program execution timelines and expectations. Partner with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
  • Analyze campaign results and share regular performance reports, understanding approaches that worked well and opportunities for growth.
  • Partner with EVP on Life Cycle strategy and implementation
  • Manage agency partner on deliverables

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or communications or like experience
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Expertise in multiple social media platforms
  • Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
  • Working knowledge of Klaviyo
