Social Media Manager

Do you have 3-4 years experience as a Social Media Manager or Social Media Co-ordinator?
This role will be reporting into the Director of Social Media & Influencer Marketing,
the Social Media Manager will be responsible for driving social media presence, engaging with core customers, and work with the Director of Social Media to plan and execute campaigns.

Responsibilities:
- Social media content development and execution on current and future channels.
- Write copy and consistently deliver on-brand voice across all social platforms for each
- brand.
- Scheduling social content based on social media monthly calendar and plan.
- Expand community with daily listening, maintenance, community engagement/conversation, monitoring and issue escalation/response.
- Work along side the Director of Social Media to ideate, conceptualize and execute fresh, new, and exciting content and social tactics to further find and engage with customers while tracking successes and failures.
- Monitor the competitive social landscape to help stay ahead of industry and social media trends
- Measures overall performance of social media marketing programs and use data and analytic based platforms to create reports results.
- Manage social dashboard with regular reporting metrics and insights to inform content and posting strategy.
- Manage a UGC program to incentivize community to share content.
- Monitor trends in social media channels, tools, and metrics and appropriately apply that knowledge to increase the effectiveness of the program.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree or certificate in advertising, communications, marketing, or related field.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self Starter: take ownership of initiatives.
- Strong attention to detail, highly curated eye for mapping out social feeds, and make each brand feel unique.
- Proficient in Microsoft, Google Suite, and Canva.
- Experience with social analytics & publishing tools.
