You are an experienced Project Management professional in the space of Social Media campaigns and always-on publishing. You have 6+ years Social Project Management experience with proof of strong upward management progress. You have experience managing a team, are a natural self-starter and have confident decision-making skills. You are experienced with Project Management and Social Content Workflow tools & software. PMP Certification is a plus. You’re digitally savvy and are an expert on the ins and outs of campaigns and content publishing on YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, etc.

What you’ll do

Overall

  • Set up, embody and grow the social media management practice of the agency.
  • Own the definition and implementation of processes, workflows, social media playbooks, content production timelines, social content calendars, reporting ...
  • Manage social media managers and community managers across the agency’s clients (outside of Nissan United).
  • Collaborate with business, strategy, data, content creators and production teams to bring everything to life.
  • Increase process vision and overall creative development efficiency within the agency.
  • Oversee and manage TBWA’s customized & proprietary “ScreenDragon” PM tool with PM team and greater business teams.

Collaborate

  • Provide leadership across the social media management practice, offering efficient project planning and staff management.
  • Motivate the team by displaying a high level of respect, positivity, accountability, and clear, proactive communication.
  • Facilitate a collaborative, steady environment to enable and encourage the best work.
  • Along with the Digital Strategy team, maintain relationships with key digital partners, such as Facebook, Twitter, and Google.
  • Partner closely with creative teams to ideate and implement original engagement tactics, with a shared responsibility in the work.

  • Communicate objectives and priorities clearly, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and error-free.
  • Create and manage individual project estimates, flagging changes in direction or scope as early as possible.

Create Balance

  • Work closely with brand and agency leaders to determine resource allocation.
  • Have an understanding of the client’s finances so you can be more effective—both internally and with the client team.

  • Contribute new ideas.
  • Challenge yourself by identifying new areas of interest for personal career development.

  • Best in class social activations, campaigns and memes.
  • Social publishing best practices and tools (CMS, Analytics, Benchmarking, Listening; Monitoring).
  • Community management and engagement principles, with platform specificities in mind (some understanding of social media algorithms and key cultural uses).
  • Paid Social principles and opportunities (dark posting, amplification, Facebook and Google platforms, eye for CTAs and redirections when needed, etc.).
  • Influencer marketing principles and opportunities.
  • When we meet please tell us about your fav subreddits, the best Twitter threads you’ve come across, what your TikTok FYP looks like, etc.
