Warby Parker is on the lookout for a Social Media Manager of Influencer Partnerships, who will play an integral role in leading our approach to creator partnerships, campaign ideation and execution, and engagement across social media channels. From research to creative briefing of on-brand influencers, you’ll ensure all partnerships align with our brand values and business goals. You’re someone who naturally develops close relationships with talent and has impeccable communications skills. Our ideal candidate has experience working with talent at all levels, whether up-and-coming or highly established. You have a finger on the pulse of who’s who among digital creators, a strong creative eye, and experience negotiating contracts. What You’ll Do

  • Manage talent relationships, including the research, pitching, and onboarding of relevant influencers in support of Warby Parker’s brand vision
  • Spearhead multiple, concurrent influencer campaigns to ensure proper outreach, contract negotiation, creative briefs, asset and caption collection, and posting execution
  • Develop goals and performance metrics to understand the effectiveness of campaign strategies, leveraging data to drive actionable decisions that inform and grow the business
  • Manage the influencer marketing budget
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and scale campaigns, while accurately communicating brand priorities and objectives to influencers
  • Develop strong relationships with influencer partners that are true to the spirit and brand of Warby Parker
  • Keep a pulse on emerging influencers and trends throughout various social media channels to identify potential brand advocates and user-generated content opportunities
  • Monitor and research industry developments, creative trends, and culturally relevant moments in an effort to continuously push our social media presence forward with speed and efficiency
  • Proactively engage with influencers, VIPS, and fans of the brand on Instagram and TikTok
  • Strategize ways to grow Warby Parker’s social media communities, increase engagement, and drive virality, referrals, and shares

Who You Are

  • Backed by 6+ years of proven experience managing talent relationships, creative ideation, and campaign execution (ideally in public relations)
  • Someone who understands the medium-specific nuances of each social media platform from a content strategy perspective
  • Comfortable partnering with the Performance Marketing team to leverage influencer content for paid social use
  • A skilled communicator, both in person and in writing, who can inspire confidence in diverse audiences, including senior leadership
  • Acutely aware of best practices and real-time key trends on each social channel
  • Equipped with expert time management skills, flexibility, and the ability to oversee multiple projects at one time
  • Experienced with negotiating influencer contracts and managing budgets
  • Abie to thrive in a fast-paced and team environment with strong cross-functional partnerships
  • Trained in multiple influencer marketing tech tools
  • Not on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
