ClearVoi... is seeking a Social Media Manager to join our team. As Social Media Manager you will be responsible for strategy, management, content creation, consumer feedback, influencer outreach, and analytics across our social media channels: LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms as identified. Additionally a large component of this position is in establishing referral, ambassador, sponsorship and partnership relationships within and outside of our network.
This role works closely with the marketing team, cross-departmentally with sales, product management, and other stakeholders to receive input and feedback on the social media strategy and content. To excel in this role, you must exhibit a passion for social media, content creation, and increasing engagement with our customer base and you must be able to work as an autonomous self-starter with the ability to own strategy and execution.
WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?
Own the strategy and execution of the social media and referral/influencer programs.
- Own the strategy and excecution of the social media and referral/influencer programs
- Collaborate with designers and writers to create consistent, relevant content for all ClearVoice social platforms including writing and editing posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting organic and paid social media campaigns.
- Leverage your proficiency in social media management to act as a subject matter expert for all things related to social marketing by collaborating with the marketing team to lead strategy development, campaign and content ideation, internal briefing, as well as performance monitoring, and reaction-based adjustments to campaigns.
- Play a key role in forecasting, planning, and translating business and marketing objectives into social strategies, collaborating with key internal partners to ensure social campaigns align.
- Continued education and training on current and future technologies, updates, and tools related to platforms.
- Monthly reports highlighting social media marketing efforts and communicating with internal stakeholders on project status and follow ups.
- Provide regular campaign reporting and analysis by reviewing social analytics and insights.
- Present social strategy as well as relevant findings and recommendations.
- Research influencer opportunities, build and manage relationships, and provide recommendations for future opportunities.
- Understand the competitive landscape and perform ongoing competitive analysis.
- Recommend project opportunities and adjustments across relevant channels.
- Assist in strategic communication and documentation.
- Analyze, recommend and implement social media beta tests and new platforms and vendors.
- Perform other duties when needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience managing social business accounts.
- Minimum 5 years experience in establishing influencer marketing and referral marketing relationships.
- Highly skilled in creating monthly content calendars.
- Proficient in LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Twitter platforms as well as insights.
- Able to manage customer feedback and properly funnel potential leads or concerns to the proper department.
- Strong understanding of developing and growing influencer relationships to benefit our brand.
- Possess exceptional communication skills with a strong ability to listen and communicate professionally in both written and verbal manner.
- Ability to demonstrate sound judgment.
