Influencer Marketing Associate Manager

The Team:
Influencer Marketing Associate Manager within Mattel's Digital Engagement Group will be responsible for the day-to-day management of influencer campaigns across one of Mattel's portfolio of iconic brands. This position will run end-to-end campaigns from campaign briefing through influencer selection and campaign execution and measurement.
The Opportunity:
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the Manager on all aspects of influencer campaign strategy, execution, and measurement on all social platforms?(YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Align with cross-functional teams to build influencer activations that meet desired marketing objectives?
- Strategically identify influencers for brand campaigns and programs that maximize ROI and achieve campaign KPIs?
- Ensure final creative and integrations are consistent with the brand brief and meet legal standards?
- Compile, analyze and interpret data to optimize execution and report on campaign performance?
- Develop new relationships within the digital influencer community (content creators, platforms, agencies, managers, etc.)?
- Work with appropriate Legal and S&P leads to ensure creative meets legal standards?
- Stay up to date on industry news and how it can apply to the department
Basic Qualifications:
- 5 years' work experience with 4 years' in an influencer marketing, media, PR or similar role, with a focus on digital platforms
- YouTube knowledge across content, influencers and media products
- Critical thinking and ability to quickly assess opportunities and challenges
- Ability to set clear goals and KPIs
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Experience being a team player collaborating across departments
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize demands
- Self-direction and an ability to manage ambiguity
Preferred Qualifications:
- Existing relationships with influencers and creators in the kids and family category
- Understanding of COPPA guidelines and FTC guidelines. Experience with kids and/or parents is a plus
- Knowledge of digital analytics platforms including Tubular Labs
