The Role
The Honest Company has kicked off a search for a Creator Partnerships Coordinator to assist in operations of our influencer marketing strategy. In this position, you will be a key part of our dynamic, fast-paced team and will help bring to life our influencer marketing initiatives, foster influencer/creator relationships, and manage our day-to-day programs. If you're savvy, passionate and knowledgeable about creator partnerships, social media and developing innovative and effective content, this role is for you.
What You'll Do:
- Influencer/creator partner outreach and community management
- Partner closely with some of the top digital creators in the industry, operating as a point of contact for new and current partners
- Manage influencer database (trackers, addresses, influencer requests, gifting, etc)
- Help team identify, vet and develop up and coming talent
- Assist with gifting program, working on mailers from concept to completion, including vendor communications, timeline and mailer list management
- Assist with coordination of agreements and invoices for creators, tracking and updating team budgets following activations
- Oversee the placing/tracking of creator product orders and manage fulfillment
- Communicate effectively with partners and internal teams to find timely solutions to resolve issues and challenges
- Reporting and data-tracking, managing key reporting metrics in a timely and meticulous fashion
- Prepare post-campaign presentations to analyze successes and areas for improvement
- Monitor competitor coverage, industry trends, landscape shifts
What You'll Need:
- 1-2 years of influencer/creator marketing experience with a history of relationship building and content creation
- A motivated, self-starter attitude and roll-up-your-sleeves approach with the ability to take on and learn from new challenges, as well as generate creative solutions
- A passion for social media, analytics, programming, and a love for video of all genres
- The ability to work well independently, as well as collaboratively, in a team environment
- Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once, while paying strict attention to detail
- Passionate about the digital ecosystem and familiar with top-tier influencers
- Excellent communication skills, relationship-building and time management skills
- Personable, open-minded and positive when navigating demands and changes in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledgeable & passionate about the influencer/creator landscape - a trend and culture-watcher
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, with an emphasis on Excel, as well an ability to learn influencer dashboards like Tribe Dynamics and Tagger
