Social Media and Influencer Marketing Manager
The role of the Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager will work directly with the Global Communications Director and the Social Media & Influencer Coordinator in the planning and execution of organic social media and influencer strategy and content. You will help organize and build strategy and content plans around key stories and brand moments across Dickies’ global/North American handles.

How You Will Make a Difference
- Build upon Dickies’ organic global social media strategy to include channels like TikTok and update the strategy regularly as new mediums to existing platforms are introduced.
- Be the steward of the global social media guidelines that house global brand best practices on social.
- Build upon Dickies’ influencer program strategy to create an authentic community of Dickies advocates.
- Be responsible for maintaining the organic social media editorial calendar.
- Responsible for all social media copy.
- Regularly collaborate with the Social Media & Influencer Coordinator to ensure all posting occurs, comments and direct messages are moderated, and influencers are being assisted.
- Regularly collaborate with the Social Media Content Creator to ensure content aligns with strategy.
- Regularly collaborate with the paid social media team to ensure alignment across channels.
- Work in partnership with the Global and North America Marketing and Ecommerce teams to promote global key stories and align content.
- Assist with North America social media reporting.
- Stay abreast of all social media platform and medium updates to ensure strategy remains current and feel empowered to bring new ideas to the table.
- Maintaining and distributing project documents as needed: shoot briefs, copy briefs, content calendars, etc.

Education/Position Requirements
- Years of Related Professional Experience: 5-7 years
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Experience working in a social media content creation and Influencer Marketing for a brand (in-house or agency)
Skills for Success
- An enthusiasm for the Dickies brand, its communities and culture
- Organized and detail-oriented and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to align internal and external partners in a timely manner
- Advanced knowledge in the social media ecosystem, including by channel (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
- Proven experience setting and delivering social media strategies
- Experience with analytics and social listening tools
- Culture obsessed and aware of Gen Z trends across social and in real life
- Passionate about social media influencers and understanding of the influencer industry
- Problem solver that feels empowered to find solutions in unclear scenarios where conceptual thinking and long-term solutions and their implications will be considered
- Feels comfortable working independently, advising others on complex issues and works well cross-functionally
- Accountable for business targets and key performance indicators which will impact the overall social discipline
