Leveraging data and artificial intelligence, Performance team members create and run brand marketing plans, including crafting messaging points, selecting and negotiating with influencers, and optimizing for best results.

A Campaign Manager is a vital piece in helping that machine roll forward. You will be responsible for one or more brands and their respective influencer marketing plans, knowing the high-level and granular goals and strategies that drive best results. You will contact and negotiate with influencers in order to secure profitable partnerships and produce content that motivates audiences to act. Working with other members of the team, you will also analyze and report on each brand, optimizing over time for growth and efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Identify influencers that will fit well with our brand partners, and take a leading role to contact, secure, and push content live that will support our brands
  • Establish relationships with social media influencers and negotiate pricing, terms of contract, and other project-specific details
  • Analyze historical and current data to optimize influencer content direction, strategy, and value
  • Design and run marketing tests to improve marketing campaigns
  • Execute effective influencer programs on a performance basis, with goals to strategically maximize client spends, and to grow each client quarter over quarter
  • Manage influencer relationships, agent relationships, and report to our brand partners on current campaign progress
  • Create monthly, quarterly and annual revenue reports and forecasts for Performance-based campaigns, with an emphasis on realistic projections, over-performance, and managing appropriate expectations
  • Take responsibility and accountability for assigned campaigns, managing all communication and tasks, occasionally outside of normal business hours
  • Review videos, images, and other media to ensure complete accuracy and fulfillment of contractual obligations
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications And Skills Required

  • 2+ years experience with digital marketing campaigns, media buying/planning, or other influencer-based marketing
  • Understanding of social media metrics, conversion funnels, and the ability to link results with specific elements of a broader campaign
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills – this is a relationship industry, so a lot of your work will be through email, phone calls, and working closely with other team members
  • Experience with negotiation and performance analysis, both of which will be data driven – you will be in Excel daily
  • Demonstrated capability of self-direction and motivation – you will have a lot of freedom to make decisions, run tests, and drive the team forward, but that requires a personality that thrives with challenges and finds solutions
  • Attention to detail – we move quickly, but staying organized and knowing the fine details of every level is crucial
  • Works well under pressure, as some responsibilities may be time-sensitive and under tight deadlines
