Do you want to empower third-party sellers and small businesses to succeed on Amazon? The goal of Strategic Account Services (SAS) is to promote seller growth on Amazon through account management services, including a customized business plan, insights, recommendations, access to promotions, and business support to drive growth. Our goal is to clearly communicate the value of our programs to increase seller participation, driving business growth for both sellers and Amazon. When we succeed, we not only enhance seller satisfaction, but also improve the customer experience with more selection, better product descriptions, and fewer defections in the shopping experience.

We’re hiring marketers and communication specialists to help us create engaging content to communicate with sellers through existing channels, and also to create strategies for new seller-facing channels. You will champion the seller experience, and will constantly look for ways to improve their experience and help grow their businesses.

Key job responsibilities

  • Own the creation of seller communications across for multiple Strategic Account Services programs
  • Create compelling written and visual content to educate sellers and drive adoption of new product offerings/features
  • Support the development of service-oriented and value-add content to communicate the benefits of our service offerings and expertise of our team
  • Influence partner teams and marketing managers without authority
  • Work in partnership with marketing strategy experts to implement tactical communications plans
  • Provide quality Raise the Bar oversight for all seller communications
  • Understand and assist in recommending new acquisition channels such as paid advertising, influencer marketing, social, and others

A day in the life

To be successful in this role, you need to understand the art of creating compelling human-centered communications as part of existing and new marketing strategies. You’ll have proven experience in B2B marketing, marketing content creation, and communications. You’ll be comfortable working with complex challenges, appreciate white space and autonomy, and understand the value of a rapid test-and-learn approach.

About The Team

SAS Marketing, Communications & Change Management (Marcomm) provides marketing strategies, communications, and compelling content for all sellers across the suite of SAS programs. We drive human-centered change management, improving the experience SAS stakeholders have with business changes to move them to long-term adoption and ownership. To create and deliver innovative professional training solutions with long-lasting, measurable results, using a Continuous Learning Model (CLM). Our mental model is that when we inform and inspire our sellers, they’re more likely to engage effectively with their program (and their designated AM), leading to increased Seller Partner Satisfaction (SPX), and optimized business growth.


Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of progressive responsibility in B2B communication
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally and work with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Proven track of record of content creation and content creation management including marketing workflows
  • Deep analytical abilities, specifically with respect to campaign performance
  • 3+ years website, email, and social media content development

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in PR or marketing
  • Experience working in global organizations
  • Work history in marketing agency/PR agency/ in-house creative studio
  • Experience in influencer, affiliate marketing
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Writing, Communications, Journalism or relevant major
