About The Brand Marketing Team

The Rejuvenation Brand Marketing team is responsible for all brand marketing work, which includes brand marketing, PR and events, social media, and editorial content. Our job is to drive this growing brand by building a customer base of consumers, trade & contract members, and influencers, with a consistent best-in-class brand presence across the marketplace.

Overview Of The Manager, PR & Marketing Role

In this role, you will play and integral role in creating brand affinity while bulding awareness and driving traffic through tradtional PR, earned and social media tactics for the Rejuvenation brand.

Responsibilities

  • Build upon Rejuvenation’s existing PR + influencer marketing program by owning and scaling our proprietary ambassador network
  • Create and execute PR campaigns inclusive of earned media, paid and relationship-based influencer strategies and programming for brand marketing campaigns, seasonal launches and partnerships announcements
  • Identify opportunities to communicate Rejuvenation brand values and design leadership through traditional PR tactics
  • Proven ability to develop compelling pitches and securing top-tier media coverage in leading publications and national broadcast
  • Strong relationships with key reporters across media landscape including fashion, food, lifestyle, business, consumer and design
  • Manage influencer relationships, including researching new partners, pitching influencer projects based on product priorities and key campaign stories, and tracking project performance and ROI
  • Work cross-functionally with Brand Partnerships and Social Media teams to develop integrated marketing launch strategies for tent pole brand moments
  • Build out the Rejuvenation ambassador and affiliatiate program to extend or advertise influencer campaigns to new audiences, drive traffic and acquire new customers
  • Coordinate with internal teams to initiate and manage contract and negotiations with influencers, content creators and industry authorities for brand marketing campaigns, seasonal launches and partnerships
  • Capable of going beyond Instagram and have a strong proficiency and clear POV of social media platforms; Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, SnapChat, Pinterest and Twitter, and be capable of developing ideas and tactics that leverage the most influential content creators on each platform to drive quantifiable success
  • Continuously maintain and develop new relationships nationally with media, digital influencers, content creators, VIPs, and industry authorities guaranteeing organic and authentic engagement with Rejuvenation
  • Manage and organize an influencer and content creator database to activate network for brand marketing campaigns, PR events, seasonal launches, new store openings and content partnerships
  • Maintain a calendar and timeline to ensure PR and influencer campaigns are executed and activated in a timely and organized fashion
  • Remain continuously ahead of social trends and acts as an authority through knowledge sharing of new social platforms, emerging trends, and has his/her/they fingers on the pulse of popular culture, fashion, food, design/home and wellness.
  • Manage Brand Marketing budget, overseeing spend pertaining to influencer activities, product placements, publication features, and events.
  • Track brand marketing analytics/performance, reporting on the success of partnerships, influencer projects, PR features, and all additional initiatives.
  • Partner with cross brand performance Marketing teams to align with insights and strategies
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners across multiple functions as well as with colleagues in similar roles across WSI brands
  • Provide leadership and direct supervison to Associate Marketing Manager
  • Operate a computer and communicate via telephone
  • Transport materials and equipment and lift, move, and carry objects up to 50 pounds on a limited basis

Criteria

  • Minimum of 5 years prior experience of demonstrated success in public relations, communications, influencer marketing or digital marketing in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
  • Minimum of 1 years prior experience leading and inspiring a team.
  • Possesses exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact and influence all levels of people within and outside of the organization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish effective relationships with all levels within the company
  • Effective time and project management skills, with ability to organize and prioritize efficiently in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Highly creative, with strong conceptual and decision making skills
  • Ability to perform work onsite in the Portland office full-time pending state, local, and Company return-to-work guidance during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.
