Job Summary/Purposes
The Influencer Marketing Manager is responsible for all influencer strategies and activations, and influencer relationships within PRADA North America, in partnership with Milan Headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Influencer proposals tailored to HQ parameters
- Negotiate best rates and coordinate contracts with legal and agents
- Implement and execute any Influencer activity – pulling from samples, dressing, store visits, pulling from store, and managing smooth returns to stock
- Weekly stock and budget reporting, weekly ROI reporting - manage departmental budget and ensure all costings are allocated appropriately working closely with finance department
- Develop, build and maintain appropriate business relationships to support key duties
- Daily monitoring of the media landscape (USA and Canada), Prepares monthly reports on the Competitor landscape in Influencer marketing, highlighting best practices
- Identifies the most significant Influencers , Musicians, DJ’s and Digital artists to maximize the success of communication initiatives and Viral Marketing efforts
- Attend all Department meetings with Merchandisers to propose additional support for key products
- Contribution of strategic ideas and concepts to support seasonal objectives
Other
- Bachelors Degree plus 5 years of experience in luxury/fashion
- Highly organized proactive personality
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (experience with Powerpoint required)
- Excellent analytical skills
- Effective at working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
