Influencer Coordinator
This is an opportunity to work in the Special Projects Division with an emphasis to support influencer relations and outreach on the BRANDEdit (the company’s influencer mailer) as well as ongoing Special Projects. The special projects coordinator position is a great opportunity for the right candidate to support all projects across the Special Projects Division, including BRANDEdit, client mailers, in-person events, and other branded activations. This role has a specific purpose to build upon the BRANDEdit, its growth, its relationships with brands, influencers and its community.
Qualified candidates must have detailed-oriented organizational skills, as well as excellent communication and writing abilities.
Job Duties:
Included but not limited to:
- Oversee influencer relations for BRANDEdit, including but not limited to:
- Influencer list building for each BRANDEdit and other special projects (on an as needed basis)
- Influencer outreach for organic BRANDEdit gifting
- Work closely with Talent Department to ensure relevant sends to in-network talent
- Create influencer pitches and pitch BRANDEdit to secure target influencers
- Begin development and maintain relationships with key bloggers, influencers and YouTubers
- Responsible for securing consistent coverage and significant results for BRANDEdit clients
- Track client coverage accurately in organized spreadsheets, Creator IQ, and other methods of reporting as needed
- Lead putting together BRANDEdit recap reports for participating clients
- Lead influencer outreach for BRANDEdit in person showrooms and events
- Track client coverage in organized spreadsheets, Creator IQ, and other methods of reporting as needed for all BRANDEdit in person events
- Lead putting together all reports related to BRANDEdit in person activations
- Oversee influencer relations at in person BRANDEdit events and other special projects (on an as needed basis) including greeting and walking influencers through, building relationships, and overseeing the attendee list
- Supporting BRANDEdit social and community engagement efforts
- Contribute to special project brainstorms and planning with creative, innovative and on-trend ideas
- Oversee influencer relations for all Special Projects inclusive of client mailers and brand events, including but not limited to:
- Influencer list building and Influencer outreach ‘
- Create influencer pitches and pitch special projects to secure target influencers
- Track client coverage accurately in organized spreadsheets, Creator IQ, and other methods of reporting as needed
- Lead putting together Special Projects recap reports
- Support research and vet vendors for Special Projects as needed
- Support onsite for events and special projects as needed
- Support in creating agendas for client status calls and planning meetings
- Ability to work independently, meeting goals and deadlines
Skills and Experience:
- Proven working relationships and knowledge of influencers and the creator industry.
- Extremely well-organized, methodical and efficient, detail-oriented.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and projects at the same time, good dose of common sense.
- Must take initiative! Proactive worker that requires little guidance and hand-holding.
- Creative and strategic problem-solver; resourceful and persistent.
- Proficiency in Instagram, Google Business Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive), MS Word, Mac, Numbers and Pages.
- Collaborative, hardworking, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
