By connecting and building with those who love sneakers the most, our vision is to push sneaker culture forward in new and meaningful ways. We have the resources and appetite to disrupt a multi-billion dollar sneaker industry and we are looking for versatile go-getters to help us build it.

As Influencer Partnerships @SoleSavy, you will onboard influencers into the SoleSavy ecosystem to help drive awareness and memberships for SoleSavy and you will work closely with several departments to activate influencers.

You will have an opportunity to:

  • Develop the SoleSavy value proposition for creators to join SoleSavy’s ambassador program and unlock benefits
  • Reach out to prospective SoleSavy ambassadors and outline the benefits of aligning with the SoleSavy brand
  • Develop collateral including decks, one-sheets, proposals, and campaign plans
  • Lead & negotiate small-scale and large-scale influencer marketing campaigns including branded content campaigns, sponsorships, and on-site activations
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create awareness around influencer activations
  • Collaborate with the Product team to integrate influencers into product launches
  • Collaborate with the Content team to develop custom concepts for influencer collaborations

Who You Are:

  • You have previous experience in a Sales or Account Management role
  • You have previous experience in working with influencers across key platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and more
  • You have a strong understanding of influencer marketing, online video, social media, and technology
  • You have excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentations, demos) with a strong aptitude for communicating rationales to stakeholders
  • You possess a self-starter mentality with a penchant for building relationships and collaborating
  • You have either direct experience or a strong understanding of e-commerce, fashion, and/or streetwear culture
  • Tenacious - You are determined to succeed, and you’re motivated by the success of the community and your colleagues
  • Curious - You are always learning and seeking ways to make things better
  • Conscientious - You keep your promises, take your commitments to others seriously, and have strong integrity
  • Humble - You lead with humility and empathy, respecting, and learning from the perspectives of others

Qualifications

  • Minimum two (2) years experience in Sales, Account Management, Talent Management in the influencer marketing or creator space
  • Minimum two (2) years experience professionally managing influencer marketing campaigns
  • Must have an existing network of social media influencers and talent
