OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager who can support Bodily’s marketing team to achieve ambitious growth targets. This person will help us establish and execute data-driven marketing strategies, test and learn in new marketing channels, and acquire and retain customers. You will dive in and immediately become a core member of this lean, passionate and fast-moving team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with the Head of Marketing and agencies to design and implement the marketing roadmap to hit Bodily’s ambitious growth goals
- Build and use data-driven models to develop cross-channel acquisition strategies, new channel testing, and existing channel optimization to scale the business while maintaining CAC efficiency
- Execute, manage, and optimize campaigns across direct response and traditional marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, SEM, affiliate, direct mail, influencer, and display.
- Identify segmentation and retention opportunities to increase repeat purchase rate and LTV.
- Measure, analyze, visualize, and report on all media performance daily, weekly, and monthly to gain insights, make immediate adjustments, and identify growth opportunities for future campaigns. Build dashboards for marketing team and cross-functional reporting.
- Design and conduct A/B or multivariate testing to optimize acquisition channel performance.
- Assist with other marketing and cross-functional initiatives as needed.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE POSSESSES
- 4+ years of experience in growth marketing at a high-growth, DTC start-up
- Analytical thinker; you problem-solve with a data-driven approach
- Comprehensive knowledge of data tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
- Must have experience building performance dashboards and forecasting models
- In-depth, hands-on experience managing at least 2 of the following channels: paid social/display, influencer/affiliate marketing, paid search, and offline media
- Bias to action, quick mover, ability to analyze opportunities and activate immediately
- Proven experience in testing new channels and exploring new strategies and tactics to scale existing channels
- Must be a self-starter who is nimble, and able to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
