Senior Manager PR & Influencer Marketing - North America
Sunday Riley is looking for an experienced Senior Manager of PR & Influencer Marketing, North America based in New York City to join our PR and Influencer Marketing team.
The ideal candidate has experience managing a complex workload as well as people management experience, a passion for the brand, and well versed in influencer marketing across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:
PR
- Proactively pitch new products and/or manage the pitching process to key media partners, both regional and national
- Monitor press coverage and maintain positive working relationships with media
- Travel as needed for regular in-person touchbases and relationship management
- Manage relationships with key social media influencers, press, tastemakers in the US.
- Manage and assist when necessary with both daily requests and large volume sendouts for media and influencers
- Lead all logistics and creative pitching on sendouts & gifting
EVENTING
- Ideate and manage a complex workload of events, both in-person and digital
- Manage vendors, guest lists, task lists for key stakeholders, in order to ensure that all events are executed to the highest level
INFLUENCER MARKETING
- Manage influencer relationships across all social media platforms - with a strong passion for TikTok and Instagram Reels, as well as Instagram Stories and Grid.
- Regularly communicate with existing network of brand advocates in order to foster strong relationships with the brand and a strong understanding of product knowledge
- Create and manage influencer, press and tastemaker database, including new talent
- Proactively stay up to date with digital and social trends, monitoring competitors and digital influencer activity across social content
- Foster and execute partnerships that will bolster brand growth
- Manage influencer activations from outreach to negotiation to agreement execution
- Monitor social media coverage and create reports that shows campaign results and conversion to sales and/or other KPIs
- Report monthly and weekly on press and influencer tracking
- Build brand and product awareness that ultimately results in lifting market sales
Work Location - Territory, Hub, and Work week and hours
This position will be focused on North American PR and Influencer Marketing. The job location is Houston, Texas - though we are open to the right candidate being located elsewhere. The typical work week is from Monday to Friday.

Preferred Qualification and Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in Public Relations, Marketing, or Communications preferred
- Passion for social media - all platforms
- Passion for the brand and for skincare
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Technology savvy
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated and team-oriented individual
