Compensation: $42,000 Annually

Position Summary

The Influencer Marketing Coordinator (IMC) is responsible for managing and supervising influencer marketing campaigns and research on the behalf of big brands. The key objective of the IMA are to master influencer tradecraft in order to hire, manage, measure and report on highly involved influencer campaigns that provide value add to VizSense clients across multiple verticals, to include: Beauty, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Entertainment, and more.

Position Responsibilities

  • Assume role of Subject Matter Expert (SME) for clients’ brand strategy and market health, throughout all phases of influencer campaigns.
  • Assist in creating unique strategies for Client’s influencer campaigns.
  • Research, recruit and hire influencers on behalf of Clients.
  • Manage timelines and deliverables for hundreds of micro influencers daily.
  • Manage data collection and analysis across several performance tracking platforms.
  • Deliver actionable insights that will drive Client’s influencer marketing, customer engagement, and ultimately sales.
  • Seek out, learn and operate emerging social media analytics tools.
  • Understand social media marketing trends and industry needs.
  • Communicate and clearly demonstrate (verbally and written) the value of VizSense to customers in reports and routinely provide expert instruction and briefings as needed.
  • Collaborate with Client’s Marketing Team as needed.

Required Knowledge & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or relevant field of study.
  • Very proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to develop customized and professional reports for C-suite audience (Non-negotiable).
  • Highly analytical and cognitive skills.
  • Strong communicator, both verbal and written.
  • Advanced writing skills (ability to clearly distill data into actionable insights).
  • Some experience utilizing multiple data and social media analytics tools.
