Glamnetic is looking for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to help assist with day-to-day strategy and execution of our product seeding efforts, and Content Creator program to fulfill the team's UGC (User Generated Content) marketing needs. The ideal candidate will be a creative jack-of-all trades and easily manage multiple projects and tasks at once while contributing creatively to the growth of our brands and experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Build out monthly gifting/seeding campaigns based on new product launches and trends using GRIN platform
  • Manage, Track and report on the performance of seeding/gifting efforts
  • Source Content Creators that fit the brand’s aesthetic and/or needs for social and marketing funnels.
  • Reach out, negotiate, and contract Influencers for Content Creator partnerships
  • Create and send out creative briefs to creators and make sure content is delivered in a timely matter
  • Work with social team and marketing teams to manage content requests
  • Save UGC from affiliates and content creators, to share with social and marketing teams
  • Send product to talent
  • Assist with new product launches and Influencer events as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in marketing or related field
  • Minimum of 1-2+ years’ experience in influencer marketing/social media.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for social media best practices and upcoming content trends.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skill
  • Highly organized with an acute attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
