Your Mission:

Captiv8 is looking for a rock star Account Director with expertise in managing fortune500 company clients. We are looking for someone who is not afraid to be hands-on and get things accomplished, but can also delegate and and have the foresight to get projects done working cross functionally with teams. Looking for a strong willed individual to lead our clients and work hand in hand with the Sales and Strategy team to set a long-term strategy with assigned clientele and deliver on that.

Responsibilities:

  • Investigate client business objectives to understand how they are defining success and how we can exceed expectations as a partner
  • Form meaningful relationships with clients to understand what motivates them to continue to invest in us and the channel.
  • Creative problem solving and ability to do more with less in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Lead all platform initiatives with assigned clients.
  • Support the Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships teams to merchandise proactive opportunities
  • Guide the client seamlessly through the process while also keeping them accountable to the joint success
  • Collaborate and work cross-functionally with Sales, Strategy, Brand Management and Analytics to advance service of our partnership with the client
  • Elevate the strategic thinking & planning for campaigns as well as new opportunities - driving account growth and retention.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews to identify customer needs and drive growth opportunities.
  • Deliver strategic client presentations, recommendations and support new business initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, management, or related field
  • 7+ years experience working in social media planning + influencer marketing
  • Experience with oversight of a brand marketing initiatives (specific to influencer a plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead senior-level clients & agency counterparts at the Enterprise level
  • Brand or agency experience desirable
  • Superb project management skills to manage multiple programs at various stages internally & externally
  • Entrepreneurial spirit to brainstorm new offerings/applications and come up with creative solutions
