Chief Marketing Officer
We are a growing Plastic Surgery practice in Manhattan looking to hire a Chief Marketing Officer.

No matter where the company appears, this person ensures that we are constantly positioning ourselves ahead of the pack! This person has an incredible energy that motivates their team and partners and empowers those around them to shine.
They feel comfortable building and executing projects big and small and have an extensive understanding of all aspects of Marketing. They can confidentially review analytics, using data to support decision-making.
Responsibilities:
BRANDING & REPUTATION MANAGEMENT
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment through all patient touch points including digital, social, collateral, influencer partnerships, and events.
- Cross-collaborate with peers in other lines of business to achieve consistent brand messaging where appropriate.
- Review and refine our existing mission, values, and brand story.
- Own reputation management of the brand by acquiring testimonial videos, reviews, PR mentions, and influencer/celebrity endorsements.
STRATEGY AND PLANNING
- Work in partnership with key stakeholders to build out the marketing strategy that encompasses all aspects of marketing (Websites, Social, SEO, PPC, Email, Text etc.) and supports short-term lead generation goals and longer-term growth of patient volume and practice revenue.
- Be the first to share up-and-coming platforms, you are fearless and always looking to try new things!
- Lead multiple jobs simultaneously; managing and providing direction to the other team members as needed.
SOCIAL MEDIA
- Partner with the Social Media Coordinator to create layered strategies and manage content calendars across multiple platforms (Tiktok, Instagram, Onlyfans, Youtube, Facebook to name a few).
INFLUENCERS
- Partner with the Influencer Marketing Manager to map out the creation of their inspiring and results-driven influencer program that powerfully articulates and amplifies our brand.
- Our ideal candidate will be well-versed in the influencer landscape, have existing relationships with beauty and lifestyle content creators, and the ability to accurately analyze the results of a collaboration.
CONTENT
- Manage content creation team to create dynamic, unique, and engaging content while ensuring all content has user journeys optimized for lead prospecting and conversion. Identify trends and create content that is outstanding within the plastic surgery field.
REPORTING AND ANALYTICS
Coordinate and analyze reporting on all social media platforms, email performance, and lead generation (digital), identifying areas of opportunity and providing direction for improvement.
INTERNAL TEAM/ PROJECT MANAGEMENT OF EXTERNAL CONTRACTORS
- Grow our in-house Marketing team, coach our existing team, and recruit our future team members.
- Create a workflow for key marketing projects that utilize our network of external contractors that support our Marketing strategy.
- Assess contractor's output and performance on an ongoing basis ensuring that the group is working as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of Marketing experience in a similar industry
- Experience managing and growing a team of 8+
- Fluent in social media and marketing trends
- The perfect balance between strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking and creativity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiasm for staying current with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Must have experience with the following programs:
- HubSpot expertise or experience with other CRMs and willingness to learn
- Asana, WordPress, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Adobe suite
