Ragtag bunch of hooligans seeks a results-oriented Influencer Marketing Associate to create and execute influencer plans for a wide range of CPG and better-for-you food clients.
About The Job
The Influencer Marketing Associate is a team player who supports the development and execution of influencer plans. They provide assistance across client requests and assignments, research and influencer sourcing lists, timeline development and content creation, and campaign reporting.
The Influencer Marketing Associate partners with our strategy, account management, creative, public relations and media teams to develop a range of micro and macro influencer partnerships as a component of integrated campaigns for our clients.

- You have strong writing and editing skills
- You have a passion for learning and an entrepreneurial spirit
- You are a social media expert; you keep a pulse on the latest industry trends and media platforms
- You have prior internship or full time experience working on an influencer, public relations or social media team
- You contribute to building and maintaining influencer lists (includes contacts, prior partnerships, rates, etc.)
- You draft influencer outreach and briefs for manager input and approval
- You send outreach to influencer prospects, track communication and maintain influencer sourcing tracker
- You contribute to influencer marketing brainstorm sessions and document key next steps to continue plan development
- You support the team in adjusting campaign tactics as necessary to ensure we are meeting client objectives and KPIs

- A degree in public relations, journalism or marketing related fields
- Internship or one year agency or in-house Influencer Marketing and/or PR experience required
- CPG and/or natural food experience is highly desired
- Working knowledge of tools like TrendKite, SimilarWeb, Tagger, etc. are a plus
Influencer Marketing Associate salary ranges from $40,000 to $50,000 depending on level of experience.
