Overview
The Talent Coordinator plays a key role in the Talent Department. Working directly with the Talent Manager and Director of Talent, the Talent Coordinator supports the effort to grow, manage and maintain CookIt’s exclusive roster of content creators and influencers, while helping them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Talent Manager to build strong relationships with our roster of influencers, helping manage the execution of multiple brand partnerships on their behalf
- Ensure the agency’s project management spreadsheets are accurate and up to date, keeping track of deliverables and deadlines.
- Ensure clear, friendly, timely, and professional communication with Talent and Brand/Agency partners as questions/changes/issues arise
- Support the contract process and approvals, including signing and filing
- Working with VP Business Development and Talent Manager, support the creation of wrap reports, recap decks, leveraging available performance data and metrics
- Track influencers’ social media and blog metrics on an ongoing basis, highlighting performance milestones and trend info to the Talent Team
- Help identify and recruit influencers and content creators in the food and beverage/lifestyle categories
- Working with Talent Manager and VP of Business Development, pitch and re-pitch partnership opportunities for Talent, utilizing their “dream lists” and content calendars
- Work with Talent to create and update media kits and other promotional tools
- Support the Talent Manager and Talent Team by overseeing processes that increase efficiencies within our workflow using the Google Suite, HubSpot, social media platforms and influencer campaign platforms
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a candidate with a strong interest in influencer talent management who is looking to get established in the industry and build a career amongst a team of stellar women. Our ideal candidate has a passion for social media and digital marketing, along with an interest in food and cooking. You’re also highly organized, ambitious, curious and creative, and excited about the opportunity to take on new challenges.
What You Have:
- College degree in Communications/Marketing/PR or 1+ years work experience in Talent Management, Influencer Marketing, Public Relations or Digital Marketing
- Knowledge of multiple social media platforms and ideally their respective creator marketplaces
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and the G-Suite platform
- Familiarity with food and lifestyle influencers and content creators
- Proactive, detail-oriented work style
- Strong written, verbal and visual skills
- Interpersonal skills and ability to interact with a range of personalities
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload
- Experience with influencer campaign platforms and traffic analysis tools a plus
