Marketing Administrative Assistant
Who We Are:
A Latinx owned and operated talent management agency. With Los Angeles as our home base, our client roster includes public figures, content creators, entrepreneurs, authors, etc. We help them navigate a number of opportunities including and not limited to, brand collaborations, endorsements, sponsored content, public speaking engagements, etc.
Who We Need:
We’re looking for an individual with 1-2+ years of relevant work experience.
Our all-star admin assistant is someone looking to learn and grow within the influencer marketing and management spaces. Their tasks will include coordinating schedules for calls and meetings, reviewing briefing decks and submitting talent invoices, to coordinating team bonding experiences and beyond.
- Location: Remote + Los Angeles, Ca / Hybrid Hours While Training
- Schedule: Part-time - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9am-6pm PST
- Start Date: April 2022
- Compensation: $23+/Hr | Commensurate on experience
Responsibilities:
- Managing team and project calendars
- Inputting partnership details into project management software
- Maintain/update internal databases
- Note taking during meetings and follow through
- Requesting and submitting client invoices
- Admin support with talent resources and documents
Qualifications:
- Excellent writing skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Effective communicator
- Exceptional time-management skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Thrives in a collaborative environment
- Comfortable using excel, google docs, and/or Microsoft 365
- Interest in current and upcoming influencer marketing trends
- Bilingual / Multilingual: English - Spanish - Spanglish
Location Requirement:
- Because you may be joining clients for photo shoots, meetings, etc, we’ll need you to be located within Los Angeles, Ca
Bonus (not required):
- Experience with Asana, Dropbox and/or Canva are a plus.*
