You will support the Sr. Manager, Influencer Marketing in scaling our Influencer program. This will include creative campaign ideation, partner sourcing, outreach, relationship & campaign management, and performance reporting to continue to grow the program on its current trajectory.
We want to build meaningful relationships with high quality and influential creators who have cultivated loyal audiences. By joining the team, you will specifically improve our ability to target and experiment with new verticals, define granular partner performance, and ensure every Fundrise partner has an incredible experience working with us. You will have the opportunity to think creatively to cultivate unique activations and build our ambassador program from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Identifying New Partners: To continue to scale up the program and reach new verticals. This includes outreach and also establishing relationships that go beyond the transaction. Partners will enjoy working with you as you grow this community.
- Campaign Management: Organize, manage & track day to day campaign tasks to ensure the campaign stays on track.
- Identifying opportunities: To expand our reach & best position ourselves for success across social media and in our partner relationships.
- Campaign & Brief Ideation: Thinking creatively to come up with campaign themes with final content & distribution in mind. This will enable creators to take advantage of their unique POV and production style while seamlessly weaving Fundrise into their communities.
- Maximizing Investor Volume: You will analyze performance and develop insights to drive future campaign ideation and contract structures to ensure maximum ROI.
- Flawless Logistics: With a high volume of relationships and moving pieces, you will ensure we consistently operate in a compliant manner while seamlessly coordinating various processes required in advance of a new partner launch. You will communicate with influencer partners to ensure posts are going out on time and Internal Teams have been set up for success to leverage Influencer content on their channels.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years of experience activating large campaigns
- 1 year experience within a performance driven D2C brand or an agency
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of experience activating large campaigns with 100+ creators (worked with all types of creators from micro to celebrity)
- 2 years experience within a performance driven D2C brand or an agency
- Prior experience activating campaigns on TikTok, Youtube, Pinterest, & Instagram
