Job Overview

Lushious is looking for a social media and influencer coordinator to grow our social media presence and further develop our pre-existing influencer relationships. The ideal candidate must love Britney, Rihanna, and Ru Paul, has a true passion for fashion, lives for social media (particularly TikTok and Instagram), and absolutely thrives working in creative and fast-paced environments. After many, many, months of working privately, it's time to finally LAUNCH! You will be an instrumental part of bringing Lushious to life.

We are a customer-centric brand, so you will be the first point of contact for many. If you love making people feel good and can imagine who would look fabulous in our sustainable, size inclusive, gender expansive swimwear, then you could be a good fit!

This role is very collaborative. You will work directly with the CEO and Digital Officer.

Responsibilities

  • Create content to lead growth, reach, and engagement on social media channels, including content calendar development, management of writing captions and driving the development of social assets both independently and in partnership with creative.
  • Analyze week-to-week analytics and execute changes based on data when necessary.
  • Develop and grow influencer and ambassador programs: regularly communicate with brand ambassadors, coordinate send outs, and constantly be building relationships with potential community members.
  • Participate in the ideation and brainstorming of creative and promotional content, ambassador engagement strategies, and campaign ideas.
  • Manage all social channels by posting to Instagram/Twitter/TikTok and responding to any DMs and comments daily.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of social media or influencer marketing experience.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Able to manage social platforms outside of typical work hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Experience with text and email marketing.
  • Attend weekly meetings.
  • Come into the Lushious office minimum 2x a week and more if needed.
  • Experience and knowledge of NFTs, Avatar creation, Metafashion, Digital Products, and Gaming are a plus!
  • In compliance with current New York State and New York City mandates, any employee who works in the NYC office must provide proof of COVID vaccination.
