NYXL is an esports entertainment and media company. Based in New York, NYXL has esports teams competing in Call of Duty, Overwatch and Valorant and a stable of world-class gaming influencers. The brand is widely recognized as the gold standard for esports localization and NYC market engagement. Recently, the best-selling author and filmmaker James Frey joined as CEO.

We’re looking for a Brand Partnerships Coordinator to join our partnerships team to help our team identify prospects, generate/qualify leads and secure meetings. You’re highly organized and excited to help connect brands to the gaming community. This role requires a passion for process, communication and sales.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in media planning, email marketing, sponsorship sales or sales development
  • Excellent email communication, cold email experience a plus
  • Familiarity with digital media, influencer marketing and branded content

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity on how to navigate a CRM database (i.e Hubspot)
  • A passion for gaming and esports

Responsibilities

  • Conduct prospecting and outbound outreach for new business, including researching companies and individuals that meet criteria for prospective partnership with NYXL
  • Manage our sales CRM through monthly hygiene checks, workflows & curated outbound filters
  • Execute email marketing campaigns for upcoming initiatives and campaigns
  • Make recommendations on strategies through reporting optimizations (Subject Line, Open Rate & Reply rate analysis)
  • Build out a comprehensive agency landscape for target brands and categories
  • Own team reporting and KPI tracking, keeping team accountable for quarterly goals
  • Pull, fill and distribute Sales Pipeline and other team trackers to ownership and C-level group
  • Support post-sale execution when necessary
