What you will do:
- Build our strategic company plan for employee communications and engagement.
- Review and evolve our internal storytelling and engagement platforms.
- Work and advise senior executives on the best approaches to drive effective communications and engagement.
- Story-mining and land stories that support our key corporate priorities.
- Forge and nurture trusted relationships with influential leaders across the organization.
- Collaborate with key teams across the company.
- Lead the employee communications team.
- Identify key news moments and build compelling cross-company initiatives to support those moments.
- Measure sentiment across RingCentral and track the effectiveness and impact of internal execution and programs.
- Work closely with product marketing to generate key messaging for upcoming news and story narratives.
Who are you:
- You’re a communications leader with a passion for employee engagement and storytelling.
- You have experience of driving successful and engaging large scale employee engagement and communications.
- 15+ years of communications experience; dedicated experience and success working with senior executives and landing cross-company, global campaigns and programs.
- Exceptional written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills that are clear, concise and direct; must have keen attention to detail.
- Experience in crafting communications strategies into relevant, timely and engaging story narratives.
- In-depth understanding of social media, digital platforms and influencer marketing.
- Demonstration of strong project management skills.
- A high level of intellectual agility and capacity for original thoughts.
- Proactive, energetic, self-starter.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
- Proactive and responsive with a level head and strong judgment.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Communications or Journalism degree is preferred

If you are hired in Colorado, the compensation range for this position is between $120,000 and $165,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
