Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager

The Position:

This is a newly created position in addition to our current team. We are looking for a data driven, customer focused Social Media and Influencer Marketing pro to create beautiful Home Storage and Organization product postings that inspire, educate & influence global audiences to organize their entire homes, cars, offices, and lives. This position will build, grow and maintain Smart Design/Pro-Mart’s Social Media presence and Influencer Marketing programs.

Summary of Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work with existing cross-functional teams (Ecommerce, Photography, Videography, Brand Management, Graphics and Marketing) to create Digital Assets that are captivating and inspiring enough to drive consumers to shop the Ecommerce Marketplace and complete their purchase
  • Source influencers for specific products/campaigns by researching demographic info and brand goals
  • Strategize, develop and execute Campaign calendar that includes promotional content, creative Social Media Campaigns & Ads (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok) to drive brand awareness, sales and revenue
  • Oversee comprehensive influencer process from sourcing, onboarding, negotiating, script writing, reviewing results/data
  • Plan promotions and giveaways to increase sales and customer engagement towards brand
  • Compose creative, educational, and engaging copy for social media posts, email campaigns and other Digital Marketing
  • Assess, select and build partnerships with influencers and bloggers
  • Research and strategize with Management team any possible partnerships with Creative Agencies
  • Work with cross-functional inhouse team to support photoshoot inspiration to create share-worthy posts that reach millions of viewers
  • Analyze KPIs and other data to assess and optimize ROI of Social Media Campaigns, Ads and Influencer programs

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years in previous success in Social Media & Influencer Marketing with consumer products
  • Working knowledge of all Social Media platforms
  • Experience working with Digital Marketing data analysis software
  • Excellent cross-department project management skills to see through all Social Media Campaigns, Ads and Influencer Campaigns from start to finish
