Our work spans across industries and disciplines - from fintech to enterprise SaaS to fast-growing D2C brands - we partner with extraordinary companies as creative partners.

We are looking for a full-time Creative Strategist to work with our creative and marketing teams to ideate and develop campaign strategies for our clients that drive growth. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience working in a marketing agency or fast-growing startup and understands cultural trends, Gen-Z, and TikTok. You will be the thought leader for campaign strategy with creative services focused on organic social.

You will need to be quick on your feet, able to adapt to an ever-changing, fast-paced, growing environment, and handle critical tasks that enable growth for our clients.

This position is hybrid (remote/in person) in New York; however, for the right candidate, a remote position can be worked out.

A successful candidate is

  • You are a highly responsive, service-oriented individual with experience working effectively cross-functionally in a ‘client-centric’ organization.
  • You are able to identify industry and cultural trends to create original campaigns and oversee the production process.
  • You understand data & analytics and can make strategic growth recommendations that can scale.
  • You are a consensus builder and can work across a highly diverse group of individuals. This is supported by your strong listening skills and diplomacy as you need to collaborate with a diverse team.
  • Demonstrate sound business judgment with the ability to develop strong creative briefs. You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Additional Qualifications

  • Agency experience preferred
  • Background in digital marketing preferred
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, social media strategy, influencer marketing, and TikTok
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
