Pepsi TM is seeking a dynamic, highly collaborative, and creative marketer with a passion for marketing communication. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the fields of digital advertising, social media management, creative development, media planning, and culture marketing. This person will help bring cultural relevance and consumer resonance to Pepsi TM, while positioning the brand for success in an ever-changing marketing environment.
This role is a part of the Pepsi TM Marketing Communications team, which is focused on building brand equity, product awareness, and consumer demand for Pepsi products. As part of this team, the role is responsible for the development and execution of campaigns with a focus on pop culture (entertainment, music, etc.). These campaigns encompass the full Pepsi portfolio and focus on communicating higher order consumer and emotional benefits. Success in this role represents itself through improved brand perception, strong creative effectiveness, clear communication strengthened consumer pull at retail.
The Associate Brand Communications Manager - Pepsi TM role will:
- Be a critical member of Brand Communications team and help lead key initiatives (i.e. Annual Operating Plan or AOP) in support of the achievement of current year volume, sales, and brand engagement targets for the brand.
- Collaborate and partner with internal/external resources (agency partners, media, PR, Insights, Analytics, legal, trademark, public relations, etc) to deliver against Pepsi’s marketing imperatives around earned media and cultural relevance.
- Lead and manage Pepsi TM social channels (i.e. Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook) including calendar development, concept development, community management oversight, influencer marketing, and content performance evaluation.
- Support development of short to mid-term plans in for Pepsi TM’s approach for Equity comms to capitalize on at least 3-4 key cultural moments in 2022 and onward

Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: Undergraduate Degree
- MBA with a concentration in Marketing a plus
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years prior marketing and/or other relevant experience
Skills/Capabilities:
- Ability to effectively work and collaborate on cross-functional teams
- Excellent multi-tasking, project management, and prioritization skills
- Strong attention to detail, self-motivated and curious
- Idea-first thinking, with track record of earned media success a plus
- Ability to navigate through ambiguous situations and drive for clarity when needed
- Ability to track and act on consumer and social media trends in real time
- In-depth knowledge of the current digital and social platforms creative and media best practices
- Experience in digital and social media paid media planning, trafficking, analytics, and optimizations
- Experience in co-developing insight-driven creative marketing briefs
- Knowledge on data collection and CRM best practices a plus
- Experience working with influencers and/or leading influencer marketing programs a plus
