ABOUT THE TALENT RELATIONS POSITION (CONTRACTED):

Rock The Bells is looking for a Hip-Hop enthusiast with experience in the world of influencer and celebrity talent relations who has a pulse on the latest trends in this industry, considers themselves social savvy, and knows how to package up a seeding gift they would be proud both gift and receive.

As the Talent Relations Coordinator, you will work alongside the VP of Talent to provide support with general administration such as maintaining and growing the celebrity/influencer database, creating decks around talent strategy, and using your creative mindset to help bring innovative ideas that will shape the future direction for Rock The Bells talent relations.

*This is a 2-3 month contracted position and is temporarily remote

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Maintain talent/influencer database while including milestone dates, and talent representative contacts
  • Conduct talent outreach by communicating with talent and their representatives on behalf of the Rock The Bells with ability to handle confidential information
  • Identify new talent/influencers and creative opportunities to incorporate current talent ambassadors
  • Work with cross-functional teams to intake needs, answer questions, recommend talent placements, and relay needs while maintaining consistent communication to ensure shared goals are met
  • Research new strategies, upcoming events and opportunities, and propose new ideas with an understanding of feasibility and availability

WHAT YOU'LL HAVE:

  • 2-3 years of talent support or influencer marketing, preferably within the entertainment or music industry
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Relationships with labels, managers, publicists, and agents
  • Proficiency in Google Suite such as Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Apple Keynote with comfortability creating presentations related to talent projects
  • Superior organizational and administrative skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with all levels, both internal and external
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Ability to travel as needed
