About The Team

This role is an integral part of the Marketing team, which encompasses social media, brand media and retention loyalty. We are looking for a coordinator who is creative, proactive, communicative and who takes pride and ownership in their work. What You’ll Do

The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for executing and supporting social posts and campaigns –generating a variety of content. The position requires strong communication and writing skills, critical quick-thinking, and attention to detail.

Specifically, You Will

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well with management and across multiple teams, is proactive in identifying strategic opportunities, comfortable engaging with media and understands media relations and marketplaces. This candidate is adaptable and works well both independently and in a team environment.

  • Execute and implement a results-driven social media strategy for audiences on various platforms such as: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms.
  • Use social listening and monitoring tools to analyze performance of social media campaigns, track and report on traffic, engagement, and audience both in real time, weekly, and monthly. Review analytics and create reports on key metrics.
  • Manage daily posting schedule for social media channels.
  • Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content.
  • Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels.
  • Help build and maintain a social media editorial calendar.
  • Research and monitor social media channels for industry trends.
  • Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
  • Review analytics and create reports on key metrics.
  • Assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by Marketing leadership
  • Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools
  • Proficiency with video and photo editing tools, digital media formats, and HTML
  • Excellent social listening skills
  • Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media space
  • Strong copywriting and copy editing skills
  • Top-notch oral and verbal communication skills
  • Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multitask
  • Detail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • 1-3 years experience with D2C social media marketing or content development
  • Direct experience using social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later, Buffer, Emplify)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premier Pro) or equivalent digital media editing tools a plus
  • Be willing to travel on occasion

Compensation & Benefits

  • The salary band for this position ranges from $45,000-$60,000, commensurate with experience and performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living.
