As our Global Employer Brand Manager, you will own our internal brand strategy, establish EVP data, and partner closely with People Operations, Talent, and Marketing. You will help refine and find creative ways to engage our current and future talent, deliver new assets and initiatives to showcase our amazing culture, the work we are doing, and how our values contribute to our success, and our members’ success.
You will play a key role in iterating upon our employee value proposition and talent marketing strategy from the ground up, and will be critical to our future success.
Here are a few of the things you will do:
- Lead our employee value proposition and employer branding strategy, including external benchmarking and career site development, working closely with key stakeholders to execute a vision that aligns with our corporate positioning and talent strategies
- Build a narrative that communicates HoneyBook’s culture, values, and customer impact to our employees, prospective employees, and the industry
- Collaborate with team members across all areas of the business to identify stories, campaigns, projects, and topics that can amplify the culture, values and overall employee experience
- Create and own the internal communications strategy, channels, and calendar in partnership with the key stakeholders and executive management, working closely with the team to execute the vision
- Be the voice for our internal communications, ensuring it's people-first and a reflection of HoneyBook; you’ll align with marketing brand guidelines and recommendations to drive a consistent global approach
- Design easy and consistent ways for employees to access information and resources
- Develop custom strategies and attraction campaigns to build and attract a diverse talent pipeline
- Oversee planning and budgeting activities related to HoneyBook’s global employment brand
- Monitor employer review sites (Blind, Glassdoor, Indeed) including ways to increase reviews, prioritize actions and respond as appropriate
- Track analytics behind social media campaigns and other employer branding initiatives to assess ROI
You Are
- A story builder and teller, experienced with multiple media; designing high-impact, memorable presentations and creative collateral in a variety of formats.
- Agile and self-sufficient. You are flexible, enjoy challenges and get behind new ideas quickly; you get stuff done and are able to work with little direct supervision, but you know when to collaborate and engage others appropriately
- Have passion for brand marketing, events, and content creation as well as curiosity about how to motivate candidates
- Adept in working cross-functionally to incorporate and act on feedback from stakeholders and senior leaders; you are comfortable working autonomously and defining objectives, strategies, and tasks
- A subject matter expert with strong written and verbal communication skills; deep understanding of how voice and tone are essential to communications and brand perception

- 8+ years working in Employer Brand, Communications, or Marketing
- Demonstrated success leading Employer Brand programs, publishing content, raising executive profiles, and measuring results
- Experience in creative campaigns/events such as videos, webinars, influencer marketing, social media
