Our team is looking for a professional to attract new partners and customers with a high impact on the business and/or the market to contribute to the growth of the business and to strengthen the brand in the new market, in line with the company's strategies.
Your responsibilities as a Business Partnership Consultant:
- Attracting new partners and customers with a high impact on the business and/or the market;
- Answering market questions concerning the process in general;
- Logging activities into the integrated management system with a focus on the customer (CRM);
- Proposing new features for Hotmart;
- Training the internal team and partners;
- Performing analyses of the business scenario for digital products;
- Representing the company at events and while traveling;
- Continuously updating their knowledge in the market of operation;
- Building Hotmart brand authority in the market and the community;
- Having expert knowledge of the US market;
- Developing strategies to identify and develop new business opportunities;
- Negotiating with influencers;
- Prospecting leads;
- Creating effective business arguments and presentations to obtain results;
- Developing business strategies and implementing them;
- Building relationships and attracting new clients.
Qualifications you’ll need:
- Fluency in English, or to be a native English speaker;
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing;
- Solid knowledge of business negotiations;
- Solid knowledge of business rules;
- Knowledge of the digital product market;
- Experience with Influencer Marketing in digital talent agencies, PR firms, etc;
- Strategic and creative thinking to establish good relationships with large audience content creators;
- Ability in lead prospecting;
- Experience in dealing with customer and problem-solving skills;
- Interpersonal and negotiation skills;
You’ll stand out in this selection process if you...
- Speak Spanish or Portuguese;
- Have knowledge in digital marketing;
- Solid knowledge in the Platform Terms of Use;
- Agency or global/tech brand experience;
- Experience developing and deploying company swag/merch for influencers;
- Experience building brand ambassadorship or affiliate marketing for smaller influencers;
- Certifications in the 1st and 2nd seasons of Hotmart Academy.
