We are looking for a passionate and driven Acquisition Partnerships Manager, US to join the new customer acquisition team. This person will be responsible for delivering partnerships that enable us to expand our reach and efficiently acquire new customers through partnership opportunities such as influencers and other third party vendors. Located in New York City this role will report directly to our VP, Growth US working across both our brands, Martha Stewart & Marley Spoon and Dinnerly. What you will do:
- Full ownership of partnership strategy to support scalable new customer acquisition growth
- Managing the planning, delivering and optimizing of our partnership program for both U.S. brands: Martha Stewart & Marley Spoon and Dinnerly
- Work independently to identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities that drive incremental growth
- Responsible for delivering against our acquisitions targets, whilst keeping a sharp eye on quality and ROI
- You’ll work closely with the other Channel Managers to ensure the partnership activity fits into the overall media strategy, taking into account the online & offline mix.
- Test, learn, iterate and scale by driving continuous improvement in efficiency and ROI
- Measure, report and optimize performance across all partners
- Build structured reports that reflect key KPIs
- Manage the partnership budget to maximize incremental growth.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure tagging and tracking implementation.
- Bring together your experience in performance marketing and creative strategy to deliver tangible growth for the business through partnerships

Requirements specific to this role:
- Minimum 2‐3 years of experience in partnerships and / or influencer marketing, with a focus on direct response approach preferably in the e‐commerce space and/or at a media agency
- Excellent knowledge of the partnership landscape in the US with a track record of delivering results
- You’re an expert in building, nurturing and maintaining relationships
- Strong analytical, problem‐solving capability and consider yourself a Performance Marketer
- Exemplary project management skills and have experience working cross-functionally
- Experience leveraging data and consumer insights to better inform decision making
- Experience using Google Analytics, Looker and other data analytics tools
